Beef Fajitas

Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

1 Bell Pepper - Red, sliced
2 Bell Pepper - Green, sliced
1 Onions, sliced
1 packet Seasoning - Fajita
2 pounds Round Steak
Beef Broth

Instructions

Rinse steaks with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Slice into strips; set aside. Add vegetables to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Toss with package of fajits seasoning. Add steak strips on top of vegtables. Pour in beef broth. Cover, and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Serve with tortills.
